We try our best to help you find the perfect gear, but if you're not completely happy with it you can return it 30 days after the date of purchase.  Please fill out our contact form or email info@thefxchain.com for return authorization.


  • Contact us through our contact us form or email www.thefxchain.com so obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Place a copy of the RA number inside the package with the item(s) needs to be returned.
  • Return items must be complete included all accessories, documentation and original packaging.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.  Insurance is recommended to protect your items.  Customer is responsible for damage during shipment back to us.
  • The following items cannot be returned:

    • Micropohones
    • Headphones
    • Earphones
    • All electronically delivered software products
  • Returns will be inspected upon receiving them.  Once it is determined you have met all the conditions and the returned item(s) are all in like new condition you will receive a full refund.
  • Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
