BX3 Compressor is a three-band dynamic compressor that shines especially bright when used during mastering but versatile enough to come in handy during mixing as well.
Description
Mastering is the cherry on top of every production session and a powerful multiband compressor is something you just can’t go without no matter if you need it for subtle gluing of an already great sounding track, to tighten the low end on drum-heavy music or roll off any excessive high frequencies. BX3 Compressor is our proprietary take on multiband compression and it features anything you need for the finest possible dynamic sculpting of your entire frequency spectrum.
BX3 Compressor features three bands for Low, Mid, and High Frequencies each with individual Input and Output level controls, Threshold, Attack, Release, Ratio, Response, and Knee Width knobs as well as Bypass, Mute buttons, a Limiter module, and an RMS / Peak detector switch. With two selectable filter slopes for different cut-off levels and quick knobs for setting the Low and High crossover frequencies, BX3 gives you fast and intuitive control over all dynamic parameters of your sound. An additional Lookahead Delay knob allows the plugin to foresee upcoming transient attacks up to 20 ms ahead.
