Spire was the first software synthesizer developed by Reveal Sound. The synthesizer utilizes multipurpose oscillators, filters, and effect units within a digital graphical interface. Spire combines elements from both Analog and software synthesizers. The synthesizer utilizes wavetable synthesis. The software can be run by itself or within a digital audio workstation. The plug-in has been used almost exclusively in dance music. As part of the Spire ecosystem Reveal Sound offers a range of sound packs and templates for mainly Ableton Live and FL Studio to be used with Spire.
